How often is recycling picked up?

For Residential Customers: Recycling is picked up every other week on the same day as trash. Calendars highlighting your recycle weeks are available for you to reference, and/or print.

Someone is illegally dumping in my container, who do I contact?

Please contact the Local Police or Your City’s Inspection Office.

What if I have extra trash, bulky items or need a special pickup?

Please contact our office at (316) 838-5465 to schedule for extra trash, bulk items or for a special pickup. Additional fees may apply.

What time should I set my trash & recycling carts out?

Our routes begin VERY early each day. Please set your cart to the curb the night before your day of service.

What types of materials do you accept for recycling?

Aluminum cans
Aluminum foil, clean
Chip board – cereal, soda, shoe boxes, etc.
Corrugated cardboard
Glass containers – clear, amber, green etc.

Where should I set my trash carts?

By 6:00 AM on your service day, please place your trash cart within 2 feet of the curb, 2 feet away from other objects (such as your recycling cart, trees, mailboxes, etc.) and at least 6 feet away from vehicles parked on the street. Ensure that your cart is clear of any overhead obstructions.

Can I pay my bill online?

Yes, you can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, Discover. There are no additional fees for this service. You can either make a one time payment, or set up automatic payments.

To set up your online account, have your most recent Air Capital | Waste Link invoice; you will need your ACCOUNT NUMBER and the INVOICE NUMBER that are on the invoice.

How are customers billed for services?

Trash service is always prepaid, and payments are due on the 1st of the month. You will receive an invoice for your next quarter of service in the month before it is due.

We suggest our customers sign up for e-invoices so you receive them through email.

We also have the convenience of a web portal that allows you to pay your bill online, and to set up automatic payments.

What are your office hours?

Office Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

What is the returned-payment fee?

A $25 fee will be added for returned payments, checks and/or chargebacks.

What methods of payment do you accept by phone?

Customers may pay by phone with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or with their bank account information (routing and account number). There is no additional charge to pay by phone.
