Billing & General Questions

Can I pay my bill online?

Yes, you can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or bank accounts. There are no additional fees for this service. You can either make a one time payment, or set up automatic payments.

To set up your online account, have your most recent Air Capital | Waste Link invoice; you will need your ACCOUNT NUMBER and the INVOICE NUMBER that are on the invoice.

Click here to set up or login to your account.

For new users, enter your account specific details from your invoice to register your online account.

**IMPORTANT UPDATE** With the merger of Air Capital Waste and Eagle Trash, we also had to merge our computer system. Because of that and for security reasons, for customers that had an account set up before 8/1/2021, we no longer have your credit/debit card information on file and will need you to set up a new account. To set up a new account, please follow the steps above.

If you need any additional help setting up your account, please let us know. Thank you for you patience and support – we appreciate your business!

How are customers billed for services?

Trash service is always prepaid, and payments are due on the 1st of the month. You will receive an invoice for your next quarter of service in the month before it is due.

We suggest our customers sign up for e-invoices so you receive them through email.

We also have the convenience of a web portal that allows you to pay your bill online, and to set up automatic payments.

Review the question “Can I pay my bill online?” above for detailed instructions.
