Customer Service Representative

Reports to:   Customer Service Supervisor

Hours:           8-5 M-F plus overtime as needed (punctuality essential!)

Duties:           Include but are not limited to:

  • professionally serving our customers while maintaining company policy. Skills should include good observation and problem-solving, ability to resolve conflict with customers, basic understanding of accounting and ability to analyze customer accounts.
  • All aspects of customer account maintenance—establishing new accounts, changing service levels, taking payments, pro-rating and closing accounts.
  • Assisting on other projects as needed. This might include phone campaigns to advise customers of service changes, entering route data, other general office organization projects (purging old files, filing, etc).

Skills/requirements:

  • Excellence in communication
  • Above average typing and 10-key skills (60WPM)

Route Driver

Reports to:   Route Supervisor

Duties:           Include but are not limited to:

  • Running trash or recycling route daily
  • Work requires ability to enter/exit cab many times each day
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds many times daily
  • Must be able/willing to work in all weather conditions year-round

Skills/requirements:

  • Class B CDL with air brake cert.
  • 2 years commercial driving experience
  • Clean driving record
  • Excellent attendance
  • Overtime often required and some Saturdays
