We are no longer able to receive ACH payments through our webportal. Due to changes in banking regulations, the time required for these payments to be received by us and posted to your account with us could potentially result in late fees or service disruption despite your having initiated your payment.
If you’d like to pay via the website, you may still do so using a credit or debit card. ACH payments can be made by calling our office.
As a reminder, to avoid service interruption due to non-payment or to reinstate service, payment must be received by close of business 5PM on the day BEFORE your service day.
